Profit is out, not cool and greedy. Sustainability is trendy, green and the latest buzzword.

The most important sustainable aspect of a business should be profit, since without profit it will die. In this workshop we will explore how business can connect with it’s fundamental need for existence. This comes before profit. With the fundamental need understood, we can make business thrive.

We will explore how to identify a business’s underlying needs. We will do this based on live examples in the room, from corporate examples, and my own experience. Then we will work with how to align all of a business’s functions with this one underlying need. This can create strategies that are more effective, empathetic, community focused, successful and hence profitable.

The workshop is active, open, flexible and participatory. We will have options to dive deeper into underlying needs, or introduce new topics that demonstrate how a business can be profitable and sustainable within it’s community. These could include more work with empathy, community building and creativity.

This workshop is for anyone. You do not need to be an entrepreneur, corporate executive or even have a job! Anyone who is interested in how businesses can be run more effectively, with greater care, and with a different approach to profit and sustainability will enjoy this workshop.

Hope to see you there! Please let me know through the facebook event!
