Sometimes people can hurt you deeply. You can still feel the pain even if it was long ago that things were said or done. It’s like you’re dragging the past along with you and it just won’t let you go. Pain and anger just keep popping up.

★ How do you deal with people who have hurt you deeply?
★ How do you go on with your scars?
★ Is there a way to come to terms with the past so you can move along freely?

In this workshop we’ll be exploring the liberating power of forgiveness. According to philosopher Hannah Arendt forgiveness was a revolutionary discovery of Jesus. What can we learn from Jesus’ vision? Can forgiveness be a way to freedom from our past? How can we master the art of forgiveness?

We’ll create a safe space to share experiences, even if they are painful. We’ll help each other to see the obstacles to freedom. Please  sign in if you intend to attend.
